We're seeking expressions of interest for several leadership opportunities across the region. These roles are ideal for passionate retail professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

We're looking to hire Assistant Managers with the potential and ambition to grow into future Store Managers. If you're driven by results, love leading high-performing teams, and want to build a long-term career in retail leadership, we want to hear from you.

As a leader with EB Games and Zing Pop Culture, you'll focus on creating an exceptional customer experience, mentoring your team, and running a smooth, successful store. You'll play a key role in all areas of store operations including merchandising, inventory control, financial performance, and team development, all while being supported to grow into your next leadership role.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, such as consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales goals and customer expectations.
  • Experience coaching and developing staff to hit sales targets and KPIs, including regular feedback and goal-setting.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service, including personalised recommendations and addressing customer needs proactively.
  • Advocacy for EB Games and Zing Pop Culture products, loyalty programs, and trade programs.
  • Effective communication with customers, staff, and vendors, including handling difficult conversations and building positive relationships.
  • Ability to plan store operations, prioritise tasks, and delegate responsibilities to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Skilled in analysing sales data, inventory reports, and customer feedback to identify and address issues.
  • Attention to detail in managing store operations, including inventory accuracy, store presentation, and merchandising compliance.
  • Expertise in creating engaging store displays that enhance product visibility and appeal.
