Home Care Leadership Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive performance, foster change management, and lead teams in the home care setting.
Reporting to the General Manager, Aged and Migrant Services, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the Home Support management team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to staff to achieve standards and goals while ensuring operational sustainability.
- Maintain a collaborative approach with managers, staff, and contractors to ensure proper operations.
- Implement, maintain, and review quality assurance protocols and develop programs where gaps are identified.
- Ensure continuous improvement by increasing efficiency of existing processes and procedures.
- Coordinate program activities within budget allocation and provide input into future strategic planning.
- Drive consistent compliance across all Home Support Programs and participate in program evaluation.
- Develop effective relationships with relevant service providers and community links.
- Strong understanding of legislation, regulations, and requirements affecting aged care, specifically within the Home Care environment.
- Skills in budget development and oversight, with experience in financial reporting.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams through delegation and maintaining organisational control.
- Proficiency in business development, conflict management, and negotiation processes.
- Culturally sensitive manner with strong customer service focus.
