This role supports our mission to share special places and create lasting memories for guests by ensuring compliance with vessel safety management systems, delivering welcome and departure briefings, and assisting guests with transferring on and off the vessel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with all vessel safety management systems and supporting documentation, following marine standards, and operating the vessel safely
  • Delivering welcome, departure, and safety briefings, as well as onboard commentary
  • Assisting guests with transferring on and off the vessel and using Sealegs in a timely and safe manner
  • Supporting the training of team members to meet our standards, and leading and supporting the crew daily
  • Maintaining vessel records (logs, maintenance records, etc.) using the Helm maintenance management system
  • Following procedures related to vessel refuelling
