We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Officer to join our team. The role will involve preparing business papers and meeting minutes for council and the executive team, enforcing set deadlines for staff, and providing administrative support to the governance unit.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have advanced experience in using Microsoft software, including spreadsheets and databases, with the ability to produce complex business papers and reports.
They will also possess well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise and communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
A high level of political acumen is required, with the ability to operate successfully in a confidential environment.
