Role Overview

The Marketing Campaign Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

This includes overseeing the planning and execution of compelling campaigns across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on engaging DIY audiences and building brand connection.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with media and digital marketing teams to develop effective channel strategies, creating content plans to drive engagement, and providing guidance and support to direct reports on problem-solving and approvals.

Additionally, this role involves working collaboratively across different marketing functions to lead agile sessions and generate campaign ideas, as well as championing personalisation through programmatic channels and digital-first marketing tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role, preferably with team leadership or project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of campaign development processes and independent campaign leadership.
  • Ability to create comprehensive agency briefs for desired outcomes.
  • Experience managing high-profile projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to be a trusted and relied-upon member within the team and department.
