Job Description:
  • Provide direct service delivery through intensive case management and support.
  • Provide direct service delivery through individual, family and/or group counselling.
  • Maintain systematic processes for case planning and management.
  • Use various strategies to engage hard-to-reach families.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Social Science or Human Services.
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in providing counselling/therapy to children and young people.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development and behavioural management strategies with an emphasis on issues related to trauma, abuse and attachment.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Qualifications and experience in Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT) are highly desirable.
