As a Culinary Specialist, you will create nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of children in our care.
You will be responsible for planning and preparing menus, ordering food supplies, and maintaining high standards of food safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety of children by preparing meals to account for special dietary requirements and allergies.
- Use creativity and organizational skills to plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with centre director.
- Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic.
