Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our members, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to members via phone, email, and portal enquiries
- Resolve general enquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Provide support for Capricorn products, including key supplier accounts
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure successful resolution of queries
- Escalate unresolved queries to senior staff as required
Requirements
- Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite
- Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable)
- 1 year's experience in a customer service-oriented role (preferred)
- Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent (preferred)
