Job Opportunity

The Horticulture Leader role requires a leader to oversee several contracts across various sites in Sydney, ensuring high standards of contract delivery are maintained while delivering against agreed contractual commitments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Executing contract deliverables on time and within scope
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Coordinating resources for optimal performance
  • Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships throughout contract lifecycles
  • Leading and mentoring operational staff
About the Ideal Candidate

Candidates must possess a Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience. A minimum of five years' experience leading high-performing teams is required, with excellent technical knowledge of horticulture and emerging practices.

Candidates should have a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and experience motivating team members to excel.

A flexible approach to dealing with diverse client needs is essential, along with excellent organisation, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.

Candidates should have commercial acumen, financial expertise, proficiency in IT, and attention to detail.

Negotiation abilities and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also required.

A valid driver's license and Working with Children Check are necessary qualifications.
