Key Role in Risk Management

This senior position involves leading a firm-wide risk and compliance agenda, covering multiple jurisdictions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advise on risk appetite, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies for business units, Boards, and committees.
  • Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and systems to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across the organization.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and fraud frameworks.
  • Monitor activities against internal policies and fund requirements.
  • Report exposures, incidents, and remediation to Boards and Audit Committee.
  • Champion a strong risk culture and lead the Risk & Compliance team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in audit and compliance roles within financial services.
  • Strong capability in developing and implementing tailored risk and compliance programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Familiarity with various fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to translate regulation into practical controls and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
