About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Billing Credit Management Director to join our team at Randstad. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving proactive programs and processes that deliver reductions in credit and fraud risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute process improvement initiatives that balance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to support financial targets and manage program resources across Billing & Credit engagements.
  • Represent the organization on credit, billing, and fraud management matters, both internally and externally.
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment against corporate policies and KPIs issued by Billing & Credit.
  • Lead 7 high-performing teams consisting of Data Scientists, Data Visualization Lead, Systems Technical Leads, Process Improvement Leads, Loss Prevention Lead, and Business Analysts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in credit and fraud systems.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical and accounting issues at various levels.
  • Capable of representing the organization on fraud-related matters and selling ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively with teams to achieve results, motivate, and develop a strong, positive, effective work culture.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $150,000-$180,000 AUD based on industry standards and location.
