
Senior Human Resources Manager

A role is available for a Senior Human Resources Manager.
Key responsibilities include providing operational and strategic support to the organization, talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, performance and talent management, learning and development etc.
You will work closely with stakeholders to align business goals with employee capabilities.
Accountabilities:
- Talent attraction and retention strategies
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Performance management and development programs
The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have experience working in a senior HR capacity and be familiar with current HR trends and best practices.
