Job Title: Home Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly, with a proven track record in administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, residents, visitors, and guests within the home.
  • Manage roster management and administrative support for the leadership team.
  • Ensure all shifts are filled by effectively managing rosters and fulfilling employee needs.
  • Assist with occupancy of rooms and create a welcoming environment that fosters connections among residents.

Requirements:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for caregiving.
  • Proven administration experience in a fast-paced role.
  • Cert II or III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
