**About this role**:
The Finance Officer is responsible for a variety of duties within financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and purchase order management. This opportunity calls for someone with strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

**In this role you will**:

- Setting up new creditors in our accounting system
- Purchase order process management and recording/paying supplier invoices
- Manage supplier enquiries and debt collection
- Process employee expense claims
- Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
- Invoicing different types of clients and receipting client payments
- Manage ageing debtors and creditors to ensure all invoices are received/paid within appropriate timeframes. Month end activities preparation including reporting, reconciliation and recording accruals or prepayments

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a finance role
- Relevant accounting, finance or related qualification
- Preferably be experienced in using Reckon
- Experience in using NetSuite, AlayaCare or similar size ERPs would be desirable
- Strong excel skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
