We are seeking experienced academics to join our team as Sessional Lecturers in the School of Law & Business. As a Sessional Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor students in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, including lectures, tutorials, and workshops.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials, assessments, and evaluation strategies.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their academic progress and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement teaching and learning strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the School's academic programs and initiatives.
- PhD or DBA qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical and adult learning principles.
- Ability to translate industry practice into teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
