Transformation Leader

The role of Transformation Leader is pivotal in driving meaningful change and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key team member, you will lead our Future Retirement Living Model project on a full-time 12-month contract.

  • This is a senior-level position that requires broad experience across service, technology, people, and culture transformation.
  • You will operate effectively in a complex service environment with multiple stakeholders and layers of change.
  • Your expertise in Human Centred Design and service design principles will be invaluable in collaborating with stakeholders to co-create impactful change.
  • You will demonstrate empathy when working with diverse groups, including seniors, carers, and community teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute transformation transition plans, identify required activities and resources, and build strong relationships to support successful transformation.
  • Partner with managers and project teams to embed transformation activities, co-design strategies, and foster an inclusive, values-driven transformation culture.
  • Execute tailored transformation management strategies, engage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure readiness.
  • Lead communication and engagement initiatives, creating materials to build awareness.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation management, particularly related to business transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in transformation management methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering.
