About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and working with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Manage and oversee sub-contractors to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Project Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Background: A tertiary qualification in engineering or a strong mechanical or electrical background is preferred.
  • Project Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years' on-site project management experience is required.
  • Contractual and Commercial Acumen: An understanding of contractual and commercial matters is essential.
  • Effective Communication: Good written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Financial Competence: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and project scheduling is highly valued.
