About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that will revolutionize our recruitment process and enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ATS implementation project, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, set expectations, and drive project success.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • Oversee the implementation of the new ATS across the Ampol Group, including configuration, data migration, and integration with existing HR systems.
  • Ensure the system meets business requirements and supports efficient recruitment processes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to facilitate the smooth adoption of the new ATS.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a successful transition.
  • Implement robust testing and quality assurance procedures to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Address any issues promptly to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the ATS and recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive ongoing improvements.
About You

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will have demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology implementation projects, ideally within an HR or recruitment context.

You will have a strong understanding of ATS systems and their integration with other HR technologies, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.

You will be an outstanding organizational and project management professional, with a track record of successfully balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and develop innovative solutions.
