Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in civil roads infrastructure construction with a government agency or contractor, including:
  1. Budgeting, programming, expenditure monitoring, resource allocation, and priority review.
  2. Managing workforce, plant, materials, and subcontractors within budget and schedule.
  3. Client liaison and contract management activities.
  4. Procurement of infrastructure materials and services.
  5. Implementation of project management techniques and systems.
  6. Providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  7. Guiding team members on specifications and construction processes.
  8. Contribution to estimation processes for bids.
  9. Maintenance of high standards in traffic management.
  10. Strong knowledge of relevant technical specifications.
  11. Experience delivering specific types of contracts for government clients.
  12. Proficiency in project management software such as SAP or P6.
  13. Strong communication and computer skills.
  14. Experience with quality management systems and their application on infrastructure projects.
  15. Interpersonal and consultative skills.
  16. Current driver's license.
