Project Coordinator & Delivery Lead

As a Project Coordinator and Delivery Lead, you will oversee the technical planning and site coordination of a high-profile subdivision project in Mackay.

  • Ensure timely and high-quality outcomes through effective project management and coordination.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  2. Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with project timelines and standards.
  3. Technical Oversight: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide construction activities.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, council representatives, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in civil construction, ideally in land development or subdivisions.
  • Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roads, and utilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
