About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated hotel operations experience in a high-volume environment, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple guest priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and concierge services
- Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Lead the on-shift team and act as the first escalation point for complaints or issues
- Coach and develop new team members on operating procedures, policies, and standards
- Monitor room availability and manage daily hotel inventory to meet guest requirements
- Demonstrated hotel operations experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
- Multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple guest priorities
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate the team
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
