Job Title: Director of Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to fill the role of Director of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational oversight to support the delivery of high-quality early learning and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to centre teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team, focusing on leadership and management skills
  • Ensure effective day-to-day operations of the centre, including management in the absence of senior leaders

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the early childhood education sector
