We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience of our social spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will take ownership of routine inspections, maintenance requests, and inventory management, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also contribute to a culture of accountability and operational excellence by collaborating with Facilities and Housekeeping teams, leading by example through work ethic, and assisting in training and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to employees, guests, and residents by maintaining clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing social spaces
  • Perform regular inspections and submit maintenance requests to ensure spaces are guest-ready
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing enhancements and maintaining organized storage areas
  • Support events by coordinating space readiness, setting up equipment, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate daily through reporting tools and shift pass-downs
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate
  • 1+ years of custodial, facilities maintenance, or operations experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience maintaining shared or social-use spaces
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a large facility for long periods
  • Available to support overtime and occasional weekend events as needed
