* Bachelor's degree in business administration, agriculture, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
* Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in the crop insurance field
* Minimum of one year of leadership and management experience preferred
* Insurance license required
* Advanced knowledge of Crop Insurance products and requirements
* Leadership skills to select, evaluate, engage, motivate, mentor, train, delegate, reward and lead remote team members
* Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
