Job Description

The role of an advisor in a policy branch is to design, maintain and improve the policies and supervisory frameworks.

This position requires strategic thinking, problem solving skills and ability to operate with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and enhancing policy requirements and supervision frameworks.
  • Providing advice and assistance to internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to policy and supervision frameworks.
  • Coordinating business activities, risk reporting and executive briefings.

  • You will have good judgment, strategic awareness and be able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills are required, along with the ability to influence progress and foster good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as strong prioritization and project management skills.
