Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Infrastructure Services Transport team part-time based in McGraths Hill. As an instrumental team member, you will provide administrative support for our operations, working closely with our Project Site Team to:

  • Process Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable and general Accounting duties, including data entry & invoicing;
  • Prepare and process payments and perform bank reconciliations;
  • Process journal or data entries and extract statistical data and reports from records for analysis;
  • Assist with month end accounting procedures and produce weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required;
  • Maintain records of documents processed for ready access and produce various reports according to operating procedures;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems (ideally Oracle/JDE);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet numerous deadlines; and
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
