GPT GROUP is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing the asset marketing strategy for Rouse Hill Town Centre.

The successful candidate will contribute to centre campaigns and activations, assist with the delivery of asset events, manage social channels, and prepare reporting for sales and market research/intelligence to be delivered to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing the annual marketing plan and calendar for Rouse Hill Town Centre, reviewing and tracking progress against the marketing plan, and presenting updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Deliver campaigns and events with a focus on in-centre activations and events, supporting post-campaign analysis by gathering retailer feedback, analysing sales performance, and tracking foot traffic/event attendance.
  • Provide continuous updates for multi-channel information for all new and existing retailers, centre marketing campaigns and events, and stakeholders on all relevant digital channels, managing social channels to ensure up-to-date information and new content at all times.
  • Coordinate retailer-specific initiatives and joint promotions to support key or new retailers, ensuring participation from retailers in relevant digital opportunities and centre-based promotions/events.
  • Assist in communicating key research and data insights from research to ensure opportunities are leveraged and review and assist in communicating a range of internal marketing reports.
  • Perform general administration tasks as required by the Marketing Manager, including supporting the Centre Management team with new tenants and raising purchase orders and tracking expenditure through campaign budget tracking.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of the latest marketing trends, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines, and deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency across the MS Office suite.
