HR Leadership Expert for IPAC Region

CAE Australia is seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team as Head of HR in the IPAC region.
This role provides strategic HR support to Senior Business and People Leaders across the region and will execute key HR initiatives and continue developing a high-performance sustainable organisation.
The successful candidate will lead the HR function, with full accountability for all HR activities including development and delivery of HR strategy and policies across multi-sites and organisations, talent management, HR operations, HR services, and people performance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide HR Leadership and strategic partnership to the Defence & Security business for IPAC
- Develop and implement HR strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Ensure succession plans are in place for key positions and develop talent pipelines
- Build frameworks for standardisation of local HR services and policies in line with Global guidelines
- Champion people development across the business
- Strong HR experience, preferably with a tertiary HR degree
- Solid background in compensation, organisational development, training management, employee relations, and industrial relations
- Global HR experience highly considered
- Ability to work across different cultures, time zones, and engage remotely with peers globally
- A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
