About the Role:

This role requires an active member of the HR Team, working closely with members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and their departments to provide well-rounded, pragmatic HR solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and 'go-to' person for HR queries, supporting other members of the HR team with employment-related inquiries and people-focused projects to continuously improve the employee experience.

The key responsibilities include collaborating with and supporting key departments, including Engineering, Finance, PMO, Business Development, Legal, and other D&S entities outside of Australia, such as New Zealand and Brunei. Additionally, the role involves providing support to other business entities, such as our Civil Aviation business, as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in the interpretation of employment legislation in Australia and New Zealand
  • Proven experience across all aspects of HR
  • Strong Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, skills
  • Experience ideally within a regional and/or global organisation

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is between AU$90,000 and AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
