Job Title: Program Support Officer

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Advisory Services Team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor system reporting in the Service Delivery Tool (SDT)/CRM.
  • Assist with development of processes and procedures to support implementation of the program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality services to innovative start-ups and small to medium enterprises. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
