Program Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Program Operations Specialist to join our team in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational and analytical skills to contribute to the day-to-day operations of our department's programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of program activities, ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders, and engaging with industry partners to drive business outcomes.
- Contribute to Program Planning: Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement strategic plans, aligned with organizational objectives.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to program staff, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and tracking progress against key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and quality of program data.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A current drivers' license and previous experience in supporting operational programs would be highly regarded.
