Job Title: Wellbeing & Inclusion Coordinator

The role of a wellbeing and inclusion coordinator is a vital part of any educational institution. It requires coordination and support in various work functions relevant to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate student support group meetings with teachers, families, and external professionals.
  • Manage individual education plan meetings for students requiring adjustments or support plans.
  • Communicate with parents and carers to organise appointments, meetings, and referrals as directed by wellbeing staff.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the wellbeing team, including data entry, printing resources, and maintaining student files.
  • Create engaging documents, schedules, and reports using Google Suite, Excel, and Canva.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of student supports, referrals, and contact logs.
  • Work closely with wellbeing staff, learning support officers, and leadership to ensure timely and accurate communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administration skills are essential for this role.
  • Team collaboration and effective communication are also required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Canva is necessary.
