Job Description:

The role of Data Migration Specialist is crucial in ensuring seamless data transfer and storage. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the way in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and encryption.
  • Develop complex SQL queries to validate data transformations.
  • Automate test processes using Python or other scripting languages to enhance efficiency.
  • Create test data based on transformation rules.
  • Manage and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts; track defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Mid-Senior level experience in ETL testing and application testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence.
  • Domain experience in Insurance is desirable.
