Job Title

The role of a Data Migration Lead is to oversee the smooth transition of data for law firms migrating to our software platforms.

This involves collaborating with internal teams, ensuring seamless data transfers while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Manage a team of data specialists and all data migration resources.
  • Develop and continuously improve data migration processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to create new data migrations from competitor systems.

You'll work predominantly in AEST business hours, but as a global company, out-of-business-hours work may be required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years professional experience with data migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and ETL processes.
  • SQL skills, preferably MS SQL.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
