Our organisation is seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team. This fixed-term role is ideal for a detail-oriented expert in payroll processes, remediation, and data migration, ready to streamline systems and future-proof our payroll function.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering our business-critical SAP Employee Central Payroll implementation, set for go-live in March 2026. They will develop detailed data migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Additionally, they will examine data structures in both current and target systems to define data mapping, quality, and transformation rules for cloud migration.

Key responsibilities include analysing and profiling data for migration, identifying any data integrity issues or discrepancies, developing and executing test plans to ensure data integrity and quality, resolving any issues that arise during the data migration process, and leading consultations with vendors, business representatives, and IT teams to strategize and execute the data migration plan.

To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience in data migration projects, specifically with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes, datasets, and data flows is also essential. Furthermore, proficiency in data conversion methodologies, source system analysis, and data mapping, as well as high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, are required.
