Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Goodstart offers a range of benefits, including:

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must have:
- The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- A permanent right to work in Australia.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability.
- Interest in early years education.
- Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
- Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive).
