We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Goodstart Bees Creek.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Job Description

As a Trainee Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to our children. You will work closely with our Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators to develop and implement engaging programs that meet the individual needs of our children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Building strong relationships with children and families through effective communication and collaboration
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of education programs in the room and centre
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to study towards one
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
