Education Director for Rural Learning Centre

About the Role:
As an Education Director at Goodstart Early Learning, you'll play a pivotal role in leading educational programs in our rural centre. You'll work closely with our team to enhance the learning experience of children, focusing on child development and early years content aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
We're looking for a seasoned leader who can guide the application of best practices in education, championing excellence in our centre's approach. If you have experience in leading transformative changes in education and hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification, we'd love to discuss this opportunity further.
Salary: Competitive pay, on par with state primary school Teachers (*if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent), estimated around AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, a current NT Working with Children Check, and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification. If you have a Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent, that's also acceptable.
