Job Title:

Business Analysis Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

We are looking for a strong team player who can deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in:

  • Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach
  • Business process modelling and analysis
  • Able to work with Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, TFS, MS DevOps)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and knowledge of MS Dynamics
  • Mentor end users on application functionalities
  • Program and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
