Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team in New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can drive strategic growth initiatives, manage relationships with distributors and customers, and provide technical support to boost sales across the region.


About the Role
  • This position involves developing and executing a strategic visit plan to engage with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing distributors and customers, as well as expanding into new markets and attracting new customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build trust and rapport with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic visit plan to engage with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and customers, and expand into new markets and attract new customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
