Hiring a senior commercial manager can be a game-changer for any organization looking to expand its presence in the market. This key role is responsible for developing and implementing a successful regional growth strategy, which involves working closely with the region sales leader to identify opportunities and create business cases associated with regional strategies.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a master's degree in a technical or business discipline, as well as a minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and change management skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a successful regional growth strategy in partnership with the Region Sales leader.
  • Maintaining current knowledge in developing trends and technologies within the Drilling, Construction and Mining industries.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to communicate potential growth opportunities for the region.
  • Creatings business cases associated with regional strategies and sending long lead items requests as needed.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent negotiation and sales skills, as well as an excellent understanding of market development and attention to detail. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and achieve organizational goals. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
