We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients, delivering exceptional client service and driving revenue growth.

The Role

This strategic role involves managing diverse clients across various industry segments, building robust relationships with business leaders at different levels.

  • Foster strong client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities through effective relationship management.
  • Develop and implement account plans aligned with clients' business objectives, driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, conduct purposeful meetings, and ensure employee wellbeing, motivation, and performance.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a comparative sales role, with a proven track record in managing major accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in data-driven communication, including data analytics/insights, marketing automation, and 1-to-1 channels.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with Salesforce and Adobe is highly desirable.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to customer orientation, making commercially sound decisions that benefit the business.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator engaging across organisational levels, including C-level executives.
  • Adaptability: Skilled in managing and influencing major accounts, with a strong network in digital and traditional communications sectors.
