Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to deliver client support services, promoting our No Interest Loans Scheme (NILs) through outreach activities and community partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with local services and networks to increase referrals for women in the Illawarra region.
  • Promote NILs through events and community partnerships, guiding clients through the loan application process.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring client confidentiality.
  • Support volunteer coordination for delivering client support services.

You Will Need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, being approachable and confident working with diverse communities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Certificate-level qualification or relevant experience in a related field.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to undergo necessary checks.
