The Role

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Team Lead to join our vibrant Osborne Park office. As a key member of our insurance team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, processing renewals, claims management, policy document management, and general client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivery of results.
  • Process renewals, handle claims, and manage policy documents for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
Requirements:
  • Australian Tier 1 accreditation (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager role.
  • Proven ability, experience, and product knowledge in a full range of insurance products for SME clients.
  • Confidence in using online insurer platforms.
  • Experience with WinBEAT would be highly beneficial.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $90,000-$110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
