**About the Role**

PERSOLKELLY, in partnership with Programmed, is seeking experienced Training Facilitators to deliver training sessions to the Temporary Election Workforce (TEW) polling officials in preparation for federal elections or referendums.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Training Delivery: Deliver in-person training sessions for polling officials per national standards.
  • Preparation: Complete online and virtual training in preparation for election events.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with federal government client staff for training schedules and ongoing session needs.
  • Logistics: Collect, transport, and set up training materials as required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure consistent delivery of key messages.
  • Reporting: Monitor session effectiveness, track participant understanding, and report any issues.
  • Documentation: Accurately document training records and resolve incidents in line with procedures.

**Mandatory Requirements**

  • Facilitation Experience: Extensive experience in facilitation with strong adaptability to diverse topics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to engage a diverse audience.
  • Integrity: High integrity and ability to represent the federal government client professionally.
  • Citizenship: Australian citizenship, age 18+, with a valid driver's license.
  • Equipment: Access to a mobile phone, email, a personal vehicle, and a laptop with HDMI connectivity.
  • Clearance: Must pass a character clearance, including a police check.
