The Sarina Russo Group is a leading provider of education, training, and recruitment services with a strong commitment to community development.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilitator/Coach to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to our participants.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in workforce development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions to promote employability skills
  • Mentoring participants to build their confidence and job readiness
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with employers and industry partners
  • Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Dynamic facilitation and interpersonal skills to engage participants
  • Strong communication skills to promote the program to employers and industry partners
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of participants and stakeholders
