Job Title: Process Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Process Transformation Expert. This role will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing key process issues for investigation.

You will work closely with team members to map out current processes for identified areas, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for decision-making.

Your tasks will also include creating future state process maps once decisions are made, supporting implementation by translating business changes into clear requirements, and assisting project teams with other management tasks as needed.

  • Analyze and prioritize main process issues for investigation.
  • Document end-to-end current processes for identified areas.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations for decision-making.
  • Create future state process maps once decisions are made.
  • Support implementation by translating business changes into clear requirements.
  • Assist project teams with other management tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in process engineering and improvement.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Visio, Jira, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience in post-merger integrations or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (BPMN, UML) or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, CAPM.
