Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio.

The successful candidate will represent global partner brands in the Australian market, be part of a collaborative FMCG team, and gain exposure across national and international markets.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement brand plans that deliver category growth, consumer engagement, and commercial results
  • Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, shopper, social, and PR channels
  • Drive product launch strategies, from packaging development to retailer engagement
  • Build and manage relationships with global and local brand partners, ensuring alignment and growth
  • Deliver data-driven insights and ROI analysis to inform future strategy
Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective brand plans to drive business growth
  • Campaign Delivery: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes
  • Innovation & NPD: Drive innovation and new product development to stay ahead of the competition
  • Partnership Management: Foster strong partnerships with global and local brand partners
  • Performance Reporting: Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in brand management, FMCG marketing, or commercial roles
  • Strong track record in brand strategy, execution, and innovation delivery
  • Experience managing partner brands, P&L tracking and joint marketing plans
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills (Sales, Category, Finance, Creative)
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
