Facilities Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at a high-profile corporate site. As a key member of the facilities team, you will ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage facility-related enquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, track performance indicators, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Support the facilities manager with procurement, invoice reconciliation, and budgeting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and manage contractor performance.
  • Take ownership of monthly and quarterly reporting and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in facilities coordination or corporate property services.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound financial acumen and an understanding of compliance frameworks.
