Production Coordinator

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality video and digital media content.

  • Coordinate planning, logistics, and schedules for multi-format content production.
  • Manage shoot requirements, including location access and production resources.
  • Work across content teams to align deliverables with campaign goals and deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for reviews, feedback, and approvals.
  • Ensure all required consent and accessibility documentation is completed and archived.
  • Support senior team members with reporting, logistics, and day-to-day coordination tasks.
  • Maintain accurate production records and contribute to regular team reporting.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Provide end-to-end project coordination for video and digital content production.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Planning and coordination of content production projects.
  2. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  3. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  4. Strong organizational and logistical skills with an understanding of end-to-end production processes.
  5. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn agency systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience coordinating video or content production, ideally within government or large organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
